End User License Agreement

Software license terms governing access to and use of the Atlas Trade AI platform and related technology.

Effective Date: August 20, 2026

1. License Grant

Subject to the Terms of Service and Customer Agreement, payment of applicable fees, and continued compliance, Atlas grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Atlas software and interfaces for your own authorized internal use with supported accounts during the applicable license or subscription term. The software is licensed, not sold.

2. License Scope

The license covers only the modules, connections, strategies, account limits, and other entitlements included in your purchased plan or order. A roadmap, demonstration, beta environment, or marketing description does not grant a license to a future feature.

3. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly allows otherwise, you may not copy, modify, translate, create derivative works from, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, discover source code or model weights, defeat technical protections, resell, rent, host for third parties, benchmark for competitive publication without written permission, or use Atlas intellectual property to build or train a competing service.

4. Brokerage Integrations and APIs

The licensed application may connect to brokerage APIs using OAuth, tokens, API keys, or other delegated credentials controlled by the brokerage. You authorize the software to use those permissions for the Services you activate. Brokerage APIs remain third-party services and may change or become unavailable. Atlas may update or suspend an integration when necessary for security, compatibility, broker requirements, or legal reasons.

Atlas brokerage permissions are limited to the functions needed to generate, transmit, modify, and cancel orders and provide connected-platform functionality. Atlas does not obtain authority to withdraw or transfer customer brokerage assets.

5. Automated Functionality

The software is not merely a static publication. When you activate supported automated functionality, the licensed application may generate, transmit, modify, and cancel brokerage instructions without asking you to approve every order. Your authorization, responsibilities, and trading risks are governed by the Terms and incorporated risk disclosures.

6. Updates and Compatibility

Atlas may release patches, model updates, strategy revisions, interface changes, and security changes. Routine fixes and compatibility updates may be applied automatically. Material Strategy Changes are governed by the Terms and may require advance notice and affirmative acceptance. Continued compatibility with a particular device, operating system, API, brokerage version, or earlier strategy version is not guaranteed.

7. Beta, Preview, and Experimental Features

Features identified as beta, preview, experimental, limited release, coming soon, or in development may contain additional defects, may change, may have limited support, and may be withdrawn. Such labels are not a promise of general availability. You should not rely on a planned feature in making a purchase unless it is expressly included in your order.

8. AI Models and Outputs

AI-assisted and agentic features can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, non-deterministic, or unexpected. The Agentic AI and Autonomous Trading Risk Disclosure and the Performance, Backtesting, Simulated Results, Reviews and Testimonials Disclosure are incorporated when applicable. AI output does not guarantee performance, accuracy, suitability, or protection from loss.

9. Ownership and Feedback

Atlas and its licensors own the licensed application and all associated intellectual property. If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you grant Atlas a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve or develop products without identifying you publicly, subject to the Privacy Policy.

10. Open-Source and Third-Party Components

Third-party or open-source components may be governed by their own licenses, which control to the extent required for those components. Nothing in this EULA limits rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

11. Termination of License

The license ends when your applicable access term expires, you cancel or terminate the Services, or Atlas terminates access under the Terms. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, and accrued obligations survive as appropriate. Termination of the software license, cancellation of billing, or disconnection does not manage or close brokerage positions automatically. You must verify and manage positions with the brokerage.

12. Relationship to the Terms

The Terms control payment, customer obligations, liability, dispute resolution, and general use. If this EULA conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control except on the narrow issue of the software license and intellectual-property restrictions.

Self-Directed Automated Trading Software Disclosure: Atlas Trade AI LLC provides self-directed automated trading software and related technology. Users independently select their brokerage account, strategy, available settings, and whether to activate, pause, change, or disconnect automation. Atlas does not determine which strategy, security, brokerage, account type, allocation, or risk setting is appropriate for a user's personal circumstances.

Once activated, Atlas software may automatically generate and transmit order instructions under the strategy and settings selected by the user without per-trade confirmation. The connected brokerage is responsible for accepting, routing, and executing orders and for custody, clearing, margin, and official account records. Atlas does not hold customer brokerage assets and cannot withdraw or transfer them.

Existing positions: Connect only an account with no open positions you wish to keep. Completing a supported brokerage connection is designed to transmit orders to close all existing open positions. Closing positions can realize gains or losses, create tax consequences, and incur fees, spreads, slippage, or other costs. Orders can be rejected, delayed, or partially filled. Review the brokerage account before and immediately after connecting.

Risk disclosure: Trading securities and automated trading involve substantial risk of loss. Market gaps, volatility, liquidity, rejected or partial orders, slippage, outages, brokerage delays, and other events can cause losses. Stop losses, drawdown limits, take-profit controls, allocations, and other controls are not guarantees. No profit, return, outperformance, or protection from loss is guaranteed. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Backtested, hypothetical, simulated, paper, or model-generated results are not actual trading and have material limitations.

Atlas is not a bank, custodian, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Information on the website, platform, and through support is general product and software-use information, not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice. Review the Atlas Legal Center before use.
