1. Scope
This Notice explains how Atlas and authorized providers use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, tags, log technologies, and similar tools on atlastrade.ais and applications. It supplements the Privacy Policy. A third-party brokerage, payment, scheduling, or other site applies its own notice when you leave Atlas or interact directly with that party.
2. Strictly Necessary Technologies
Strictly necessary technologies support authentication, session continuity, security, fraud prevention, load balancing, user-requested preferences, checkout, consent records, and other functions necessary to provide a requested service. Where applicable law permits, these technologies may operate without an opt-out because the requested service cannot function reliably without them.
3. Analytics and Performance
Subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules, Atlas may use analytics technologies to understand feature use, navigation, errors, performance, campaign effectiveness, and aggregate audience behavior. The Cookie Settings interface identifies available category controls and may identify material providers or link to additional information.
4. Preferences and Functionality
Preference and functionality technologies can remember language, display, consent, scheduling, media, and other choices. Disabling them can reduce convenience or prevent optional features from operating.
5. Advertising and Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising
If Atlas uses advertising technologies, they may measure campaigns, limit repetitive advertising, create audiences, or support advertising based on activity across different businesses or services. Some disclosures may be treated as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under state privacy laws even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, Atlas provides opt-out mechanisms and does not load nonessential advertising technologies before required consent.
6. Session Replay and Sensitive Fields
If Atlas uses session-replay or similar diagnostic tools, Atlas takes measures designed to mask credentials, financial or account identifiers, brokerage data, support text, payment fields, and other sensitive information; restrict provider use; and limit retention. Atlas does not intentionally use session replay to capture brokerage passwords, one-time codes, or full payment-card details.
7. Choices and Consent Settings
Use the Privacy Choices or Cookie Settings link in the website footer to accept, reject, or adjust nonessential categories where available. A later withdrawal is intended to be as accessible as consent and takes effect prospectively. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, but doing so can affect functionality.
8. Global Privacy Control and Browser Signals
Where legally required, Atlas treats a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out for the applicable browser or device and associates it with an authenticated account where required and technically feasible. A signal does not necessarily block strictly necessary technologies.
9. Retention
Cookie duration and related server-side retention vary by purpose and provider. Technologies may operate for a browser session or persist for a defined period. Atlas limits retention to what is reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose and reflects available controls in the deployed Cookie Settings interface.
10. Changes and Contact
Atlas may update this Notice when technologies, providers, or purposes change and may refresh consent when required. Questions may be sent to [email protected] with "Cookie Privacy" in the subject line or through the Atlas client portal.
