1. Prices and Entitlements Shown at Purchase
The price, included software entitlements, any one-time License Fee, recurring Subscription Fee, billing interval, taxes, and promotional terms will be displayed at checkout or in an applicable signed order form. Atlas may offer different plans or promotions at different times, but a later price change does not retroactively change a completed purchase except where expressly agreed or permitted by law.
2. License Fee Is Separate From Trading Capital
An upfront or one-time License Fee is charged for software access, technology entitlements, and related onboarding or services described in the applicable order. It is not a brokerage deposit, trading capital, investment in a fund or security, custodial balance, advisory performance fee, or amount Atlas invests on your behalf. Brokerage funding occurs separately through your independent broker.
3. Recurring Subscription
If your plan includes a recurring Subscription Fee, it renews at the frequency and price disclosed at purchase until you cancel or Atlas terminates the plan. Atlas obtains affirmative consent to recurring billing and provides a retainable acknowledgment that includes the material renewal and cancellation terms as required by applicable law.
The checkout or order form controls the timing of the first recurring charge. Unless the checkout or order form expressly provides otherwise, a recurring Subscription Fee begins on the date disclosed at purchase and continues at the disclosed interval.
4. Payment Processor
Payments are processed by one or more independent payment processors. The processor can collect and store payment credentials under its own terms and privacy notice. Atlas does not intend to store full payment-card numbers on Atlas systems. Atlas may receive payment method type, limited card details such as the last four digits and expiration date, billing address, transaction identifiers, payment status, and fraud or dispute information.
5. 30-Day Software Satisfaction Refund
If your checkout expressly includes the Atlas 30-Day Software Satisfaction Refund, you may request a refund of the eligible initial License Fee during the refund period described in the Dispute, Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The refund period begins on the date of the initial purchase and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the calendar date 30 days after the purchase date. The checkout and purchase confirmation will identify the exact deadline. The policy is based on software satisfaction and is not contingent upon, measured by, or related to investment performance, trading profitability, losses, benchmark performance, or any other financial outcome.
Unless the applicable order or law provides otherwise, recurring Subscription Fees already charged, brokerage charges, market-data fees, taxes, and third-party charges are not included in the voluntary refund. The Dispute, Cancellation and Refund Policy controls eligibility, exclusions, and processing.
6. Cancellation of Recurring Subscription
You may cancel future recurring Subscription Fees using the cancellation control in your Atlas account settings or client portal or another method disclosed at purchase. If you enroll online, you may cancel online without unnecessary obstruction. Cancellation takes effect for future billing as stated in the confirmation. Unless law or the applicable order says otherwise, access can continue through the paid period and fees already charged are not prorated or refunded.
Cancellation of billing does not automatically cancel brokerage orders, close positions, or revoke a brokerage connection. You must verify and manage the brokerage account directly and disconnect automation when desired.
7. Renewal, Trial, Promotion, and Price Notices
Atlas provides reminder, renewal, trial-expiration, promotional-price expiration, and fee-change notices when required by applicable law. For a qualifying automatic-renewal or continuous-service offer, Atlas presents material renewal terms before purchase, obtains express affirmative consent, maintains required consent records, provides a retainable acknowledgment, and provides required cancellation and reminder information.
An offer's stated end time and eligibility apply as presented. Atlas does not promise that an expired promotion will be extended, reset, or made available to another customer.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Atlas may retry the payment as permitted by the processor and checkout terms and may suspend paid features after reasonable notice. Atlas will not assess undisclosed fees or intentionally continue charging after an effective cancellation.
9. Billing Disputes and Payment-Provider Rights
Atlas provides the support and appeal process in the Dispute, Cancellation and Refund Policy so billing issues can be investigated promptly. That process is not a condition on, and does not shorten, any non-waivable right or deadline to dispute a charge with a card issuer or payment provider, make a regulatory or law-enforcement complaint, or pursue a legal remedy. Atlas may contest a dispute and provide accurate transaction, consent, and service records.
10. Price Changes
Atlas may change prices for future purchases. For an existing recurring subscription, Atlas will provide advance notice of a fee change and cancellation information required by law before the new fee takes effect. Atlas will obtain renewed consent if required.
11. Taxes
Prices may exclude sales, use, or other transaction taxes. Atlas may collect taxes when legally required. Brokerage taxes and tax consequences of trading are separate from Atlas software billing.
12. Contact
Billing questions may be submitted through the Atlas client portal, to [email protected] with "Billing" in the subject line, by telephone at +1-877-731-7177, or by mail to Atlas Trade AI LLC, 297 Kingsbury Grade Rd, Suite 100, Stateline, NV 89449.
