Absolutely not. Your financial security is our top priority. We are a technology provider; you simply license our software. Your funds remain in your own personal brokerage account, under your complete control at all times. We cannot deposit or withdraw funds.
This is a normal and intentional feature of our system's risk management strategy. The algorithm’s primary goal is to protect your capital by only entering trades under optimal market conditions. It will not force a trade if the risk/reward parameters are not met, meaning it is completely normal for trading activity to pause for a day or more. However, if you notice an extended period of inactivity (e.g., several business days with no new trades), please submit a support ticket so our team can promptly review your account and connection.
This is a completely normal and expected outcome related to proportional trade allocation. To maintain safe risk parameters, the system adjusts trade volume based on the capital in each account. If your account size is smaller than our master account, the system may skip certain trades to ensure your account is not over-leveraged. This is a crucial safety feature designed to protect your capital.
We believe in full transparency. We encourage the use of third-party tracking services like MyFxBook, which can independently connect to your account and verify performance, giving you a transparent and trusted view of your results.
If you believe the software is not functioning correctly, please submit a dispute ticket through the Client Portal immediately.
● Required Information: Provide a detailed description of the issue, the date and time it occurred, and upload any supporting evidence, such as trade logs, screenshots, or screen recordings.
● Resolution: Our technical team will investigate within 10 business days. If we verify a malfunction on our end that materially impacted your service, we may offer a resolution such as a partial refund for the affected period or a credit for future service, at our sole discretion.
Your initial 7 days after paying the upfront license fee is a risk-free Trial and Cooling-Off Period.
● Process: You can request a full refund for any reason during this period. To do so, simply use the one-click cancellation button in the "Manage Subscription" section of your Client Portal.
● Refund: You will receive a full refund of the upfront license fee you paid.
After the 7-day trial, you have until the 30th day from your Subscription Start Date to request a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee. The Subscription Start Date is the day your paid monthly subscription begins (the 8th day after your initial payment).
● Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for this refund, you must meet all of the following conditions:
1. You must have attended your scheduled onboarding setup call.
2. You must not have altered the software's default trading settings.
3. You must submit a complete trading journal and report for the period using the template we provide.
● Process: Submit a refund request through the Client Portal, ensuring you attach the required journal and report.
● Refund: If approved, we will refund your upfront license fee. Please note, monthly subscription fees paid after the initial 7-day trial are not eligible for this refund. This guarantee is for your satisfaction with the software setup and access, not trading performance.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
● Process: Use the one-click cancellation button in the "Manage Subscription" section of your Client Portal. Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
● Refund: No refunds, prorated or otherwise, are provided for the remaining time in your billing cycle. Cancelling simply ensures you are not billed for any future months.
If your payment fails, you will be notified and have a 14-day grace period to make the payment. If the payment is not made within that window, your access to the software will be suspended. If the issue is not resolved within 30 days of the original due date, your account will be terminated, your software license will be permanently revoked, and you will forfeit all eligibility for any refunds.
This depends on your package:
● Platinum Package Clients: Yes. You may suspend your monthly subscription via the Client Portal. Your software access will be paused, and you will not be charged monthly fees. To reactivate, you will be required to pay a $99 reconnection fee and restart your monthly subscription payments.
● Basic and Pro Package Clients: No. You cannot suspend your subscription. Your only option is to terminate the service entirely, which will result in the forfeiture of your upfront license fee.
No. If you choose to upgrade from a Basic or Pro package to a higher tier, that action is considered an indication of satisfaction. The 7-Day Trial and 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee do not apply to upgrade payments, and all fees paid for upgrades are non-refundable.
You agreed in your User Agreement to use this process first. It is the fastest and most effective way to resolve issues. Filing a chargeback for a valid fee you agreed to can be considered a material breach of your contract. We will provide this signed agreement, your user agreement, and evidence of service delivery (like access logs and onboarding call records) to the payment processor to dispute any invalid chargeback claims.
